Our product line for Fully Automatic Concrete Batching Plants with production capacity ranging from 20 cum/hr to 120 cum/hr. This wide range of selection enable us to meet any of our client’s production demands. 

The Concrete Batching Plants can be availed with All Acessories and Installtion Services, including Cement and Fly Ash silos.

Our Batching plants can be configured with IoT, Predictive Maintenance, Pan/Planetary/Twin shaft mixers, multiple aggregate bins, cement silos with individual silo weighing systems, weigh along with additional accessories like admixture and ice-silica weighers in addition to the standard scope of supply.

JBFS, facilitated with massive industrial proficiency and understanding in this sector, we have designed our Reversible Concrete Batch Mixer to be a workhorse which can effectively put to use for round-the-clock production. These Concrete Mixers are used to form concrete by blending sand, gravel, metal, water and additive chemicals together. Due to their immense strength of performing for longer duration, bulk concrete can be produced in short amount of time while maintaining the superior quality.

1.      Reversible Batch Mixer, (RCM-1050) tyre mounted, Reversible Drum Mixer, output capacity 750 Lit. Powered by 15HP Electric Motor of 440/3/50 reversible switch, hydraulic operated Hopper. Holding Capaicty – 1200 Lit., along with digital weighing systems with load cell, digital display with control panel. Technical specification and feature as per annexure enclosed. It also has digital display water pump with auto – cut – off. It has got a unique system by which target weight and volume of water can be set individually.
